Overview

Our physical design team takes synthesized netlists and transforms them into tape-out-ready GDSII. We handle floorplanning, power grid design, placement, clock tree synthesis, routing, and full sign-off STA across all PVT corners. We close designs at nodes from 180nm down to 5nm, across foundries.

Timing-driven placement, global and detailed routing, DRC fixing, antenna violation repair. ECO routing for last-mile timing fixes.

STA & Sign-off

Multi-corner, multi-mode static timing analysis. Setup/hold closure, OCV/AOCV derating, signal integrity, and IR drop sign-off.
