A hands-on L&D track covering instructional design, facilitation, and learning analytics. Students build real training modules — from needs analysis through content creation to post-training measurement — using modern tools and adult learning principles.
What You'll Learn
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) aligned to business gaps
- Design blended learning programs using ADDIE / SAM models
- Create engaging e-learning modules and facilitator guides
- Measure training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick levels
- Build a learning culture through LMS administration

- No prior L&D experience required
- Interest in teaching, coaching, or instructional design
